UTHINA is a company specialized in the production of olive oil, vegetables, fruits, honey, and gourmet grocery products. Our engineers, experts in olive cultivation, inspect our groves daily and travel around the world in search of new varieties and cultivation techniques. In addition to our excellent local varieties such as Chetoui and Chemlali, we also offer oils made from internationally renowned varieties like Arbequina, Arbosana, and Koroneiki. Our passion goes beyond just growing olive trees and selecting the best varieties from the Mediterranean basin — we strive to produce extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality: flavorful, aromatic, and full of character. To achieve this, our mill is equipped with the best technologies available on the market. We have chosen equipment from the prestigious Swedish brand Alfa Laval for extraction and separation, and the German brand Flottweg for centrifugation. Our olives are carefully selected, harvested at peak ripeness, and pressed the same day, ensuring a fresh, delicate oil rich in taste.
