History

Since 2021, Volvo Cars has been listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm stock exchange. The Group structure includes Volvo Cars, the software company Zenseact, and HaleyTek, a developer of Android-based infotainment systems. Volvo Car Group also includes an 18% stake in our strategic subsidiary, the electric performance brand Polestar.
