General description
For 30 years, FARAH has established itself as the leader in Tunisia in the field of red meat processing and its derivatives. After receiving their first training from their father, Mr. Slaheddine Ferchiou, a senior official of the Tunisian State, the two brothers, Mustapha and Sadri, freshly graduated from Canadian universities, ventured into private entrepreneurship in 1991 by taking over an old family business called FARAH. Since then, FARAH has equipped itself with red meat processing units, boning and cutting of beef and sheep meat, as well as the production of meat-based processed products. It also operates a distribution platform for frozen products intended for professional catering.
