A true architect of development, SODECOTON positions itself as a driving force behind the creation of agro-industrial jobs in the three northern regions of Cameroon, with more than 2,500 permanent employees and over 3,500 seasonal and temporary workers.The company operates 9 cotton ginning factories (with a tenth already planned for construction), with a combined nominal processing capacity of 315,000 tonnes of seed cotton per year, as well as 2 oil mills with an annual cottonseed crushing capacity of 150,000 tonnes.In terms of logistics, the company has a fleet of 660 vehicles and civil engineering equipment.As an instrument of the State, SODECOTON contributes to the social and economic development of Cameroon as a whole, and of the northern region in particular.
