The company specializes in Deglet Nour dates, both branches and packaged standards, as well as common packaged dates such as Allig, Khouat Allig, and Kenta. These dates are exported under the brands "Salammbô", "La Perle du Sahara", and "La Reine du Désert", or under private labels. With a production capacity of 3,000 tons per year, SOTUDEX exports its dates to countries across all continents, including Europe (Italy, Germany, Spain, Greece), Gulf countries (UAE, Qatar), Asia (South Korea, Maldives), and Africa (Mauritania, Ivory Coast, Senegal, Mali).
