General description
KAB-LEM was founded in 1980 by Vincenzo Sammaruca and two partners, initially focusing on the production of cable harnesses for automotive components. The company quickly expanded by collaborating with Fiat partners to produce harnesses for air conditioning modules and lighting systems. By the late 1980s, Vincenzo's three sons joined the business, contributing to its growth. Starting in 2000, KAB-LEM began forming partnerships with international companies. Thanks to continuous growth and the consolidation of relationships, the company acquired factories in Moldova and Romania while strengthening partnerships with Tunisian suppliers.
