PASTEUR INSTITUTE OF MOROCCO

General description

The Pasteur Institute of Morocco is a public establishment with legal personality and financial autonomy, operating under the administrative supervision of the Ministry of Health. It is authorized to carry out the functions of an industrial pharmaceutical establishment, in accordance with Law 17-04 of the Code of Medicine and Pharmacy, which classifies it as such.

Since September 2018, under the leadership of Prof. Abderrahmane Maaroufi, the IPM has the following missions:

Conducting surveys, expertise, and analyses related to public health.
Engaging in public health research.
Contributing to teaching and training in public health.
Producing and importing serums, vaccines, ferments, and other biologically derived products necessary for human medicine.
