General description
FEINMETALL was founded in 1964, initially specializing in the production of high-tech watch springs. In 1974, the company developed its first spring contact probes as testing equipment for the electronics industry. In 1980, FEINMETALL introduced the first "buckling beam" contact probes designed for contacting ceramic substrates. In 2006, FEINMETALL began its international expansion, growing into the Czech Republic, Mexico, Asia, and Tunisia by 2018.
