Founded in 2004, Cotepa (formerly EXTRAG) specializes in the production and export of sun-dried tomatoes in Tunisia.
Our production site is located in the Manouba region, specifically in the town of Tebourba, a city with a strong agricultural identity.
Tebourba has been known since antiquity for its long-standing agricultural tradition, notably in the abundant production of cereals, olives, and wine.
The town is distinguished by its rich, fertile soil and dry climate—key elements for the production of sun-dried tomatoes, a flagship product of the Tunisian terroir.
