General description
CIF – “Compagnie Internationale des Fruits” is a joint-stock company with a share capital of 530,000 TND, operating in the cold storage of all types of agricultural products. Its storage capacity is 800 tons, distributed across 8 controlled-atmosphere chambers. The cold storage facilities are located in the agricultural area of Gannouche – Gabès, on a 10,000 m² plot of land, close to the industrial port of Gabès, approximately 200 km from Libya, 120 km from the Djerba tourist zone, and near the Kébili–Tozeur tourist zone. The facilities and internal installations are built in accordance with international hygiene and safety standards.
