General description
The Chahine Products factory is equipped with 8 molding presses (including 4 of the latest generation acquired in 2010), a block mold, and a robotic cutting unit.Our raw material preparation unit is fully automated and controlled by computer.Our production capacity is 250 boxes per hour per machine, or 5 tons per day.Our activities are divided into two main groups:
Manufacturing of expanded polystyrene thermal packaging.
Sheets, panels, and profiles in expanded polystyrene.
Additionally, we manufacture all special items applicable to packaging goods or shock protection.
In 2011, we exported 95% of our production of 1,600,000 packages, profiles, and panels, primarily to Africa.
